Full refits, walk-in showers and wetrooms across Greater London — designed, plumbed, tiled and finished by one team.

Our point of view
Good design does not ask for attention. It earns its place in the everyday.
We believe a bathroom should feel like it has always belonged in your home. So we look carefully before we draw anything: at the morning light in a Kentish Town terrace, the proportions of a Wandsworth window, the way your family actually moves through the day.
Then we make a plan that brings those details together with honest materials, trusted makers and a calm, considered process. And underneath all of it, a build-up that will still be sound in ten years — because a bathroom is a waterproofing job with tiles on it.
How we workEvery decision begins with your home, your rituals, your version of enough.
Stone that will age well. Tile with a human touch. Details worth noticing.
One team from first sketch to final polish. No loose ends, no trades blaming each other.

What we do
Six different rooms, six different jobs. Each one fails differently, so each one is built differently.

More on full bathroom refitThe most common change we make. Removing a bath and forming a walk-in enclosure gains usable space, but it moves waste and supply, and it puts far more water against the wall.
More on walk-in showersNo tray, no upstand, no threshold. A wetroom is the most demanding bathroom to build correctly and the least forgiving of shortcuts.
More on wetroomsSmall rooms are harder, not easier. In an ensuite the setting out has to be right on paper before anything is ordered.
More on ensuite bathroomsUnder stairs, on a half landing, or carved out of a hallway. Usually the cheapest way to add real value to a London house.
More on cloakrooms and wcsA loft bathroom is a plumbing and coordination job as much as a bathroom. Everything has to be brought to a floor that was never designed to have it.
More on loft bathroomsAreas we cover
We do not travel out to the counties, which means we can be back at a job the day after you call about it. Different parts of London are built differently, and it changes how a bathroom has to be put together.
Outside these areas, ask anyway — you will get a yes or a no straight away. All areas
Common questions
A refit in the existing layout is typically seven to ten working days. Moving a bath to a walk-in shower is ten to twelve. Wetrooms and loft bathrooms run to three or four weeks. You get named dates in the written proposal, not a vague range.
No. The first visit is free and takes about forty-five minutes. We measure, photograph, check for moisture and examine the room properly before we tell you anything.
Floors and stairs are protected, the route to the skip is agreed with you before day one, and all waste is removed by registered waste carriers. We clean at the end of each day rather than at the end of the job.
Yes. Plenty of clients have already fallen for something before they call us. Tell us at survey and we will build the specification around it.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for twelve months from handover. If something needs attention in that time we come back and put it right.
A survey within one working day, and a written proposal within two. No sales visit, no pressure.
