Paperwork is not the interesting part of a renovation. It is the part you will be glad of in five years.
Electrics certified
All electrical work is carried out by a registered electrician and notified under Part P. The certificate comes to you on completion, not a promise of one.
Gas Safe engineers
Where a job touches gas, it is done by a Gas Safe registered engineer and signed off properly. You are welcome to check the registration number before they arrive.
Workmanship guaranteed
Our workmanship is guaranteed for twelve months from handover. If something needs attention in that time, we come back and put it right.
Waterproofing to standard
Liquid membrane to full height in the enclosure and 300mm beyond, taped corners and pipe collars, to BS 5385. Photographed before tiling.
Waste removed properly
We use registered waste carriers, so everything that leaves your property is disposed of legally and documented. Nothing is left in your front garden, and nothing is fly-tipped in your name.
